As an Operating Partner you must be a fully functional expert in all processes and positions, in addition to having P&L accountability. This is an extremely hands-on management position, and you will spend most of your time working directly with employees throughout the facility as well as interacting with customers.

As an Operational Partner you must be dependable, self-reliant and passionate about your team and exceptional customer service. It is vital that you combine a winning personality with professional dedication and a team-oriented attitude. Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills are also important attributes for this role.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

  • Natural leadership skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is imperative 
  • Minimum 2 years of general manager experience in a service operation
  • Ability to multi task is a must
  • Self-Starter with the ability to follow up with your team 
  • Passing grade in Management Assessment testing
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Previous experience in service industry preferred
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Our company is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, career-minded individual to operate and manage one of our corporate store locations. The Candidate must have excellent time management skills, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills. We are seeking natural leaders with a positive can-do attitude who will manage the day to day operations of the location. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all company standards for product quality, customer service and overall cleanliness is being followed. Candidates must have the ability to build sales by implementing local store marketing plans.

A strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Products is a must. The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision. We are looking for 2-5 years’ track record in retail/service/ franchise type management experience. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation as travel is required. This position is for a store located in several areas.
